Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom shelf talkers — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 500 pieces for standard rectangle, clip-on, fluorescent sale, and header talkers. Smaller runs of die-cut shape talkers can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for chain-wide retail rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical shelf talker before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Standard Rectangle Shelf Talker for one program and a Clip-On Shelf Talker for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, size, and color specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on print colors so your shelf talkers match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each shelf talker?
Yes for larger custom projects — send a spreadsheet of store names, SKUs, or prices. This is popular for multi-store chains; ask about setup for variable printing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About one to two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, and toward the higher end for die-cut shapes or custom header sizes.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm promo or launch deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across store locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do shelf talkers cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.15 to $0.45 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, material, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors are available?
White, full-color print, fluorescent yellow, and custom die-cut shapes, across standard, clip-on, fluorescent, and header styles.
What are shelf talkers made of?
Coated card stock for standard and fluorescent formats, or corrugated plastic (Coroplast) for clip-on and header talkers that need to survive repeated handling.
How durable are the printed shelf talkers?
Full-color digital print holds up to normal handling, dust, and light moisture without smearing. Coroplast versions resist bending and wear through many reset cycles.
How do I care for or store them?
Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade print over time. Once mounted, wipe clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth as needed.
